The foundation of customer trust and the growth of our company ultimately lies in the quality of our products and the customer service that backs that up.  We work extremely hard to produce top quality products at an affordable price and have invested in considerable product development so that we can deliver quality curtains and blinds in confidence to you.

We therefore guarantee our curtains and blinds against defects in workmanship and materials.

Blinds are subject to a 5 year warranty on fabrics, components and workmanship from the date of delivery.

Curtains are subject to a 3 year warranty on fabrics, and a 5 year warranty on components and workmanship from the date of delivery.

Outdoor blinds come with a 10 year warranty on fabrics, a 2 year warranty on PVC and a 5 year warranty on components and workmanship from date of installation.

defect resolution

If a defect arises within the warranty period and we determine that the blinds/curtains are defective then:

  • If we have installed the curtains or blinds for you we will pick up the curtains or blinds and either replace or repair them and then reinstall them free of charge
  • If you have installed the curtains or blinds you may return them to us at your cost. We will either replace or repair the curtains or blinds and return them to you free of charge.
  • If we determine that the curtains or blinds are not defective you will be responsible for the cost of repairing and delivering the blinds to you.
  • We may replace components or fabrics with new components or fabrics, and you accept that new components or fabrics may differ (both visually and in terms of function) to those originally purchased by you.

warranty validity

  • Your warranty is not transferrable and is only valid if the blinds or curtains have been fully paid for.

warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Fraying of the fabric as a result of improper use e.g. the user allowing a roller blind chain to rub on the fabric when raising or lowering a blind.
  • Fraying of cords as a result of normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, incorrect installation by others or accidental damage to the curtains or blinds by the user.
  • Slight colour fabric shade and texture variations that may occur from batch to batch of materials that are used to manufacture curtains or blinds.
  • Fading of any fabrics that contain natural fibres.
  • Failure on your part or others to take proper care of the curtains or blinds.
  • Wooden venetian blinds installed in damp areas.
  • Variations in wood grain, wood stain or paint.
  • Blinds or curtains that are outside of our standard maximum sizing.
  • Normal wear and tear.
