Darrelle Davidson has recently joined the Mr Blinds team. Darrelle brings with her a wealth of knowledge and more than a decade of experience across the wholesale textile and window-treatment industries. Her extensive understanding of fabrics, design and window furnishings makes her a fantastic addition to our team.

Steve is a very experienced professional in window furnishings having spent in excess of 20 years in the industry. Steve has done it all; sales, installation and manufacture of blinds giving him a unique all-round knowledge of all the intricacies of the final installed blind. Steve joined the Mr Blinds family back in 2014 having previously worked with some of the biggest blind manufacturers and wholesalers in Australasia. Steve looks after clients in central, west and north Auckland.

Monica brings creative flair and an international perspective to the Mr Blinds team. Originally from Transylvania—born near Dracula’s Castle, so perhaps avoid appointments after dark—she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and previously worked as a teacher in Romania.
Since moving to New Zealand, Monica has trained as a landscape designer, run her own horticultural business and fully restored a 1912 kauri villa, even making her own blinds. Her passion for interiors, design and practical solutions gives customers confidence they are receiving thoughtful, experienced advice.
Based in Pukekohe, Monica looks after customers throughout South Auckland, Hamilton, Pokeno, the Hauraki Plains and surrounding areas.

Tanya Ruppersburg moved to New Zealand in 2015, bringing with her over 20 years of expertise in home décor and window furnishings. Passionate about design, she loves sharing her knowledge and seeing homes transformed with fresh, stylish solutions. Having worked across both the North and South Islands, Tanya brings colour, excitement, and a keen eye for detail to every project. She joined Mr. Blinds in 2025 and has recently relocated to Whangarei where she now offers the Mr Blinds service and looks forward to helping you find the perfect window furnishings to suit your space.
