We do not sell ready made blinds or curtains, nor cut down ready made blinds. Our custom made blinds are guaranteed to meet the needs and preferences of every homeowner. Every single blind and curtain that Mr Blinds has produced is tailor-made to fit the height and width of the window where it will be placed. Since taking ownership of the business in 2013 we have invested heavily in the upgrade of all areas of the business. Of priority, of course, being the manufacturing area where have introduced an automated fabric cutting machine that ensures all roller blinds are cut square every time. At a cost of $140,000 there are only a handful of these in the country. In total, we have invested almost $500,000 in the latest systems, machinery and equipment over recent years, and have an ongoing programme to continually improve and develop our product. To ensure accuracy when measuring all of our consultants use laser measures. We have some of the most advanced systems and machinery in the New Zealand market and have invested significant time and effort into automating as much of our blind manufacturing process as possible. As a result, once a customer has signed off on the measurements provided, our system automatically adjusts for the brackets and the adjusted measurements are uploaded into our manufacturing process so that the blades, tubes and fabric are cut automatically by our machines without any manual measurement to ensure that the blinds are cut to the exact sizing requested.

Even... though I only ordered one piece of custom sized roller blinds, Dawn have made extra mile to ensure I get my blinds right to the details I wanted. They have free samples or color swatches so, it's best to avail of this to ensure you can see the actual colour and materials you're ordering. Delivery was very fast once the order have been placed. Since i didn't opt for installation, the instructions on how to install is very easy to understand. Very satisfied also with the quality of the product and just want needed for my kitchen window. Overall it's perfect 👌
